Shipping policy

Our custom picture frames are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production and processing before your order ships. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Carrier transit time is additional and varies by destination and shipping service. Your total delivery time includes both production time and carrier transit time. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm whether your deadline is achievable. Expedited shipping does not shorten production time unless we have confirmed a rush arrangement with you.

Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. boxes, and international destinations may be subject to additional shipping charges. Please contact us with questions about shipping availability or rates.
